Process and timeline

You can stay home. It's noisy between 7am and 3pm, and you'll want the car out of the driveway.

1 Day 1 Strip the first section, check the battens, cover the same day.

2 Days 2 to 4 Sheet, flash and cap. We never strip more than we can cover by the afternoon.

3 Last day Gutters, final clean-up, magnet over the lawn, walk-through with you.

How long does it take?

Three to five days for most homes, if the weather behaves.

Do we need to move out?

No. It's noisy between 7am and 3pm, and you'll want the car out of the driveway.

What deposit do you take?

Queensland law caps it. For jobs from $3,301 to $19,999 it's 10% at most. For $20,000 and over it's 5%.

Can you re-roof in storm season?

Yes. We watch the radar, strip only what we can cover the same day, and keep tarps on site.

Will you find asbestos?

Sometimes, on pre-1990 homes. We stop, a licensed removalist takes it off, and we come back when the site's cleared. We'll tell you before we start if we think it's likely.
