Yes, for quotes. Written pre-purchase reports are a paid service because they take longer and you can hand them to a third party.

Queensland law caps it. For jobs from $3,301 to $19,999 it's 10% at most. For $20,000 and over it's 5%.

Three to five days for most homes, if the weather behaves. We don't strip more roof than we can cover the same day.

QBCC licence XXXXXXX. Anyone doing building work over $3,300 in Queensland needs one. You can look ours up on the QBCC website.
